Payment Flow

At ARCON OVERSEAS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD, we aim to make your booking experience seamless and secure. Please find below the steps involved in our payment process:

1. Selection and Booking

  • Browse and select your desired travel services (flights, hotels).

  • Review all fare details, availability, cancellation policy, and taxes.

  • Click on the “Book Now” or “Proceed to Payment” button.

2. Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, RuPay)

  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, MobiKwik)

  • EMI options (Available on select cards)

  • International Cards (for users outside India, if applicable)

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Once the payment is successful, you will receive:

    • A confirmation message on the website/app

    • A booking confirmation email and SMS with your itinerary

    • The invoice and e-ticket (where applicable)

4. Failed/Cancelled Transactions

  • If payment fails or is interrupted, the amount (if debited) is auto-refunded within 5–7 working days.

  • No bookings are confirmed unless payment is successfully processed and acknowledged by our system.

  • For any issues, you may contact our support team with the transaction reference.

5. Security and Privacy

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed via trusted payment gateways.

  • We do not store your card or payment details without consent.

  • Your data privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications and Refunds

  • Any changes or cancellations will be subject to the service provider’s policy.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deduction of cancellation charges, as per policy.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the mode of payment and bank processing times.
